“My aspirations have motivated me to fulfill my purpose in life by executing strategies for the youth to assimilate information from resources and curricula Historically Black Colleges & Universities have to offer. With the series, HBCU Night, I hope to encourage children to learn more about the Black pioneers who attended HBCUs, provide a glimpse of what opportunities and experiences HBCUs offer, and to inspire them to become HBCU graduates, and future leaders. It is never too early to learn about college!”
